SIBF over

I quit band this year.
 But still I got to participate in this year's SIBF with RP Wind Symphony in Open Division.
 RPWS came in 6th with a score of 84.83%
 However the results are, it doesn't matter much.

Win or lose, RP isn't my school.
 Objective was just to help out.
But at least my interest in music was revived.

People asked me about my well-being these days.

No people, I'm not fine. I just wish that I had turn back time and start all over again.

I don't mind.

Halfway through the second week - still pretty fucked up..

Well, first week of school was pretty much fucked up..
I lost the motivation to do anything.
Period.

Back in Action

Alright, It's been a week since I'm back from Vietnam..
Guess the trip was a fruitful one.
Not to mention a life-changing one.
Well, that was the only time where you get opportunity to bond with your friends.
They're awesome..

 Anyway,  performance this Sunday at NAFA with the Chinese Orchestra and Choir.
Monday and Tuesday will be CCA Fiesta.
Guess It's either Song Composing/Rugby/ Poly Stage Production..

6 weeks and nothing dust covers my CD collection.
No a single soul really bother to take care of it while I'm away..

Exams over!
Nothing much to say with only hopes of doing well.

Meeting in the morning.

After much planning and consideration,
I've decided not to continue German anymore.
Not that I lose interest, but simply because of time constraint., CCA(s) commitments and pursuing other interest.
Plus the fact many others are not continuing.
 Lack of people = No BG103.
Studies are more important I guess.
Not to forget mom kept nagging at me for being too involved in my interest/too ambitious.
At least I HAVE a goal in life ok?
Ok make that goal(s).

Last paper today.
To be honest, I felt less hardworking compared to 1st semester.

1 more week till Vietnam.
6 weeks in Vietnam.
After that back to normal life.
I guess the next semester is gonna be a killer.
List gets never ending.

More performance I guess..

But I should get myself organized.

Alright most probably gonna be worried for my exams which is on FRIDAY!!!!

2 weeks and I'm off to Vietnam.
Yep, I'm on a peace mission.

So past few days have been studying and doing a bit of art..
Seriously, doing art is most difficult for me now.
Since my brain now work only at certain time.
Means to come up with a GOOD drawings won't that easy as last time.
Remember, this is a hobby.

I'm getting bored of games now, even if I rarely touched them.
The presence of a Nintendo Wii doesn't help a lot.
Though I'm gonna play Ju-On later.

3 more weeks till exams..
I'm done with German Presentations slides.
Now left with Business Finance assignments.

Should be more focused on studies now..
I'm counting down the number of days till my first paper which is - maths.

Yesterday:
Went school back to school for strings.
Played Czardas.
Then off to Alliance Francaise de Singapour for Stage Art Group Public Performance.
Awesome it was.
Supper with NP voices people after that.

Now watching Burn Notice.
Quite like it.
Can't wait for My Name is Earl and Ugly Betty.

TGIF, wait it's already Saturday

Have been busy with lots of things -projects, revisions and CCAs.
This week was quite tiring.
For 4 consecutive days , I reached home after 2200 hours.
It means I've been spending more than 12 hours in school.

Only Monday I came home early( about 1900 hours).
I skipped band hoping to get some work DONE..
But only little was accomplished.

Tuesday as usual.
But one thing that made happy was Lao Shi  complementing me for being so hardworking despite with school work and playing for 3 CCAs.

Wednesday German Class.
Had Written test.Kinda screwed up. But Miss Tanja is leaving in July. Means after 103, I won't be seeing her as she had to go back to Germany.

Thursday.
Strings as usual...

Friday.
Maths quiz was kinda screwed up.
No plans after school. So went to BA Comm. StageWerkz 2010 at LT 68E.

Everything's so different now...
People whom I once regard as friends are now nothing more than just strangers..
Even best friends became enemies..

Maybe everyone going through a phrase..
Maybe I should just isolate myself for awhile...
I won't be that lonely...
I'll just crossover to the realm of music for a while..
And comeback out once everything is okay.

So rushed off to school in the late morning for same old reason - music.
This is how my Saturdays is spent.
Today's attendance is much better than last week.
Anyway practice about 3 or 4 orchestral excerpts but it's written for cello.
As usual, it's always the ones that require effort and practice(Beethoven again) but it's much better.
End off the day with combined practice - Scott Joplin's "The Entertainer".

After that crossover to Song Composing Club for a bit of jamming.
Hell yeah it was fun.
Stayed till 6pm then off to Alumni Clubhouse for dinner.
Left school at about 8pm.

Wanted to go Borders and HMV.
But due to budget constraints, went to Grammaphone for second-hand CDs.

No doubt today's lecture/tutorial was so boring.VERY.
 But I came cause of Strings,Band,Chinese orchestra, Stage 52..
or else I would have skipped school.

Tomorrow will be used up with school and ending off with gym.
Saturday as usual - Strings - to which I always been looking forward to.
Which leaves me with Sunday to finish up most of my school stuffs. 

 Yes, school practically eating away my social life.

Photography for IS would be like fucking AWESOME..
But that means I'll have to rob the bank for a DSLR..

I don't mind doing Art & Design - cause by the end of it, I'll have something for my portfolio.

But I do miss art class.

 Now to my favorite topic - Music

History of Rock & Roll as IS is simply gorgeous.

Much better than doing a hot latina.

3 weeks till exams
and we're still spammed with projects.

Week 2 of this term was much better.
Back to my normal schedule..
Sectional on Tuesday was not really that awesome but got to play Mendelssohn's Hebrides Overture after Joey introduced to me this website.

Thursday- Stage 52 crew first meeting.Got to meet a lot of cool FMS people. I joined the marketing department under public relations.As for current production, I'm trying to get into Arts department. Strings main ensemble after that -it's been ages since I've attended NPS practice.

Friday was a bore as usual. Only 3 hours of lesson. Gym session was much fun with the ECE peeps.

Saturday - Attended CO AGM. Play this game called Miami Shark from bored.com. Quite entertaining for a shark bringing down those aircraft . Afternoon sectional with NPS. Sectionals with Mr. Ma around is much better. Learned a  few orchestral excerpt . Beethoven and Mozart's works scares me most.

The Sheriff 's really fucked..

 

Dragon Age : Origins storyline is good..

But the graphic is a major turn-offs

Till I had to take a nap to get rid of those headache..

It's second-hand but still in working condition.

Just gonna change the casing and it'll look brand new

Been ages since I attend rehearsal with Strings and Chinese Orchestra.
Well, gonna do that this week.

A bad start to a new term.
Skipped maths lecture on Tuesday simply because I couldn't wake up early.

Anyways,got back results for test

I'm worried sick for my maths and AEL.
Hopefully I won't fail either one or both.

Rondeau in a few days time.
I don't whether I should still stay in band.

Day 3 of 2010

Passion.
Without passion, life will be dull.
